What to Do if Your Product Arrives Damaged

Upon receiving your item, carefully inspect the packaging. Any visible damage, even to the outer box, should be noted on the delivery receipt. If you cannot inspect the package at delivery but suspect there might be damage, mark the delivery receipt with "suspect damage."
